Join our Mobile Crew Talk panel on Tuesday, September 23, to hear real stories and proven tactics from experts who’ve been on both sides of the process. From documentation and tooling to collaboration rituals and hybrid team dynamics—you’ll walk away with practical tips to make every handover painless. Let's meet in the Applifting meetup space, both in person and online. We’ll start at 18:00.

Who’s speaking?

Our panel brings together Jan Růžička, Solution architect at Applifting, who will share what makes project handovers smooth in practice, Pavel Schreiner, Android tech lead at Applifting, with tips on designing projects that are easy to transfer.

They’ll be joined by a duo from Adastra—Ondřej Polák, Android engineer, and Ondřej Basler, Android developer—bringing their perspective on what developers need to make transitions painless.

There will be Q&As sprinkled throughout the event to quench your thirst for knowledge. Just come and chat, get to know each other, and see how we think about things at Applifting.

• This talk explores how to design a project for smooth handover: keeping documentation clear and up to date, managing access securely, selecting a sustainable tech stack, and avoiding common traps that complicate future transitions.
