How it works in Applifting
People Care Team is often referred to as the heart of Applifting. Together with the Talent Acquisition Team, we are trying to provide the best for every person here.
We are growing at the speed of light and are looking for someone to help us ensure that taking care of our people is just as great as taking care of our projects.

What we expect from you:
- Solid HR experience and an in-depth understanding of Labor Law
- Can handle payroll tasks in collaboration with our external accountant
- Values order and data but also brings a creative approach to projects like designing new benefits or supporting our colleagues
- Can quickly immerse themselves in our unique culture while managing onboarding, offboarding, and the entire employee life cycle in between
- Becomes the go-to person for people seeking help with admin, or guidance on internal processes, or even personal matters
- Independence, responsibility, and proactivity
- Czech and English (at least B2 level)
