Scrum Master

We are looking for someone who can lead Scrum projects and take care about other aspects of project success, such as communication with the customer, project health, reporting and budget tracking.

We need a partner who is great at communication. This is not just a pure Scrum master role. If you are interested in being able to influence the way how the project is managed, you are the one. Use your creativity and all the experience you have from Agile methodologies and any other techniques. We will give you the chance to progress and grow with the team, not only as a Scrum master, but also as a person.

How it works in Applifting

The Applifting Scrum team is involved in both large-scale banking projects and innovative application development for startups.

We use the agile scrum methodology and keep regular releases and 14-day sprints.

You can improve your skills with our mentoring programme. We will help you progress and broaden your knowledge. Regardless of how many years of experience you have, you’ll have the freedom to take your growth into your own hands.

Czech and English, at B2 level or higher.
