Improve onboarding conversion rates
We were initially asked to integrate BankID and payment gateways to improve conversion rates during the onboarding process. After rolling up our sleeves, we discovered that the product itself needed a substantial revision. Our product and UX/UI teams took up the challenge and quickly got to work.
Redefine the product and its design
At the start of our cooperation, Investown didn’t have a Head of Product who could help us establish the order of priorities for future product development. We had to swiftly familiarize ourselves with the product and determine its direction, prioritization, and overall look and feel.
Overhaul and platform acceleration
In just a month, Applifting rebuilt the product and set a clear path forward for the app development and UX/UI redesign. We then started implementing the necessary changes so the platform could accelerate its growth by improving overall reach, traction, and user engagement. After our job was done, we ensured a smooth transition of the project to a new product owner and a graphic designer.
