What is going to be your daily bread?

Identifying new business opportunities and building strong connections.
Managing and maintaining our CRM system to keep things organized.
Following up with leads from events and ABM activities.
Leading proposal processes using our tried-and-true Applifting approach.
Negotiating contracts and terms to secure win-win outcomes.
Representing Applifting at events, meetings, and networking gatherings as the face of our values and services.
Understanding client needs and crafting tailored solutions to meet them.
Collaborating with tech leads and architects to create bespoke deals.
Building lasting relationships with clients through key account management.
Taking ownership of team goals while having the freedom to shape them with your input.

What do we expect from you?

You have experience in the IT industry and understand the IT project lifecycle. Basic tech knowledge is a plus to be a strong partner to clients, but you’ll have expert support for advice and solutions.
Business meetings and client negotiations are your comfort zone - it takes a lot to faze you.
You’re passionate about digital products and stay on top of the latest trends.
Independent and proactive, procrastination is poison to you, and you are driven to help the company grow and improve.
You’re a people person - skilled at listening, identifying issues, and articulating them clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Fluent in Czech and English; German is a bonus.
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
Willing and excited to travel domestically and abroad, especially to the DACH region. Approx. once a month.
