We’re looking for

We're looking for Fullstack AI engineer to join us at Applifting on projects that make a real difference: from finance to education to healthcare. We've been AI-first for a while now, and here are a few of our AI projects:

For an overseas scaleup, we have a hybrid team that uses AI and an agentic SDLC to build and maintain identity- and access-management integrations.
We replaced manual sanctions-list checks with our own AI platform for an international cargo carrier.
We built a personalized AI English tutor that combines voice cloning, a 3D avatar, and an LLM into a digital twin with the knowledge (and sense of humor)of its real-life counterpart.
For payment cards, we used multimodal LLMs to automate the visual inspection of card designs, work that used to be done by hand.

At least 3 years of experience programming in a specific language.
A strong product sense. You can analyze client requirements, shape a solution, then deliver and defend it, factually and with respect, even to someone non-technical.
Communication isn't a problem for you—you talk to clients factually, with empathy and respect.
You might work with: Python, Java/Kotlin, React, .NET, C# …

Working from the office 2-3 days a week
