About this position

Do you want to take care of improving mobile and web applications and be a partner to our developers in delivering top-notch software?

Your job will involve testing and improving applications used by hundreds of thousands of users, as well as brand-new products that no one has seen yet. We choose our projects very carefully. Every single one has to pass our internal ethics check on Slack, where all Applifters have the opportunity to share their voice. We want to work on meaningful things that make people's lives easier—whether it's a system enabling faster organ exchange for transplants across Europe, or securing the savings of millions of people in a banking app. Only near-flawless apps can become truly exceptional, which is why we need someone who will scrutinize them from top to bottom and left to right.

What we expect from you

Testing web or mobile applications
Good proficiency in a programming language – JS/TS, but others are welcome too
Frontend and backend testing – Postman, SQL databases, REST
Practical experience with or genuine curiosity about setting up AI agents and incorporating LLMs into testing
Git, Jira, and more
Exploratory testing – mainly knowing how to handle a project from start to finish and set up testing processes
Test automation – page objects, structuring the test repository architecture
Writing test scenarios
English and Czech at a very good level, you’ll use both on a daily basis
Willingness to travel on-site to clients
