About this position

We’re looking for someone to join our Talent Acquisition team - someone who can help us with everything that comes with growth: IT recruitment, community involvement, and most importantly, spreading our great company culture.

What we expect from you

You have experience with recruitment in the IT world (and you know the difference between QA and Q&A).
LinkedIn doesn’t scare you, and you genuinely enjoy sourcing (especially when someone actually replies).
You know how to navigate the IT community and get involved in various events.
You’re creative and always looking for new ways to attract candidates.
Responsibility and proactivity are at the core of how you work.
You’re communicative – both Czech and English are no problem for you.
